Every card gives the size in inches, with centimeters alongside. When a print comes in more than one color, the small squares next to the price switch between them.

Our latest silk scarves, and how they arrive

This page shows the 20 silk scarves we added most recently, newest first. Earlier arrivals stay in the main collection and on the pages for their shape and color.

One print, several colorways

A print rarely arrives on its own. The same drawing is usually colored in several palettes, and each colorway gets its own page, with its own photos, its own name and its own Silk passport. The overlapping leopards, for instance, came as shawls in orange and plum, in cobalt and navy, and in orange with gray and leaf green.

Each of those pages links to the other colorways of its print, so you can compare palettes before you settle on one.

The 20 latest, newest first

This page keeps the 20 scarves added most recently, most recent first. When a new print comes in, the oldest one here leaves the page, but it stays on the pages for its shape and for each of its colors, where you can still find it by size or by palette.

The same details, recent or not

A scarf that arrived this week carries the same Silk passport as any other: the fiber, the size in inches with centimeters after it, the design, the colors, what the reverse looks like and the ways to wear it. The Silk passport names the fiber of the scarf you are looking at. How to read a silk label.

Several formats in one list

This page mixes formats, so a skinny scarf can sit right next to a bandana or a square. Check the size on each card before you compare two prints: a 2 in (5 cm) ribbon and a 51 in (130 cm) square can look alike in a small photo and wear nothing alike. Compare the formats.

Questions about our latest silk scarves

Is this page sorted by the date each scarf was added?

Yes, latest first, so the opening rows show the most recent prints and colorways. Only the 20 newest stay here; the main collection holds every scarf, earlier arrivals included, which is handy once you know the shape you want. All silk scarves.

Do the latest prints come in every size?

Not usually. Most prints come in one format, a skinny scarf, a bandana, a square or a shawl, and keep that size in every colorway. Now and then a square print is offered in more than one size, chosen on its product page.

How do I narrow the latest prints to one format?

This page mixes the newest arrivals, whatever their format. To see a single format, open its own page: skinny scarves, bandanas, squares, or large squares and shawls. Every print listed here also appears there. Skinny silk scarves, for example.

Why do several versions of one print sit side by side?

When the colorways of a print are added together, they land next to each other in date order. Each one is listed as its own scarf, with photos of that colorway, and the pages link to one another so you can move between them.

Which prints have been added most recently?

The first rows of this page always answer that: a colorway goes to the top as soon as it is added, ahead of the prints that came before it. The page holds the 20 latest; older arrivals leave it but stay in the main collection and on the pages for their shape and color.
