A Green Cat Print Silk Bandana Full of Dressed-Up Cats
Row after row of cats sit across a deep green ground, and most of them are dressed for the occasion: striped sweaters in red, blue and cream, little neckerchiefs, a beret here and there. Some are ginger, some tabby, some black and white. Tiny handwritten captions sit under many of them, and one near a corner reads "red-patterned collar." A mustard band runs around the edge, and the turned-back corner shows the cats again, paler, on the reverse.
Tying a Silk Cat Scarf: Band, Kerchief, Side Knot
Worn as a headband, the square is folded into a strip whose knot sits high above one ear, so the cats march along the band toward a low bun. As a kerchief, it covers the crown and the corners meet at the back of the neck, the mustard edge pointing down to the knot. At the throat, tie it off to one side and let the point hang forward. More bandanas live in our silk bandana collection.
Green Silk Bandana Scarf: Size and Wash Routine
It measures 21 × 21 in (53 × 53 cm) and is made of silk. The deep green can bleed at first, so keep it apart from other laundry and hand wash it in cold water with a mild liquid detergent, then squeeze the water out inside a towel and let it dry spread flat. Compare sizes in the size guide.
